2/ Documents - Process of procedures for importing cellphone
a) Import Customs Declaration following the Form 01 of appendix II of Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC
b) 1 copy of Commercial Invoice or any kind of financial document which is same value (in case the buyer must pay to the seller)
c) 1 copy of Bill of lading or other shipping documents which are considered same function in case shipment is shipped by sea, air, rail, multimodal transportation.
d) Import License or Acceptance Letter from official to importer which allows the consignee to import cell phone.

Applying for quality checking of products (this is replaced for Import License) at the Vietnam Telecommunication of Ministry of Information & Communications in Ha Noi Capital.
Documents for clearing custom including: Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Bill of lading, C/O (If any), Customs Declaration and the Quality Certification.
Import custom clearing.
